Are services required to use the products?
Not in every case. TeemLush can be subscribed to directly, and supported FleeceTide environments can be activated quickly. New application types, bespoke capabilities, and managed environments may require a scoped engagement.
What do the services cover?
Environment activation, connectivity for packaged, customized, and in-house systems, databases and data warehouses, new FleeceTide account types and capabilities, private-cloud or hybrid deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support.
How long does activation take?
A supported FleeceTide application is typically activated in 1–5 days. Enabling a new enterprise-application type is usually completed within one month after technical assessment. TeemLush SaaS can be used by subscription; hybrid deployments are scoped separately.
Where can the products run?
Deployment varies by product: TeemLush supports managed SaaS, private cloud, and hybrid deployment; FleeceTide is delivered as a centralized private-cloud service; SiriusCore uses private cloud by default, with on-premise deployment by arrangement.
